Low Carb Keto Buffalo Chicken Fat Bombs Recipe

Keto Buffalo chicken fat bombs are the perfect quick savory snack to have around.

Packed with healthy fats and flavor, these savory fat bombs can also be served as appetizers or even as dinner over a bed of salad leaves. Not only that these Keto Buffalo chicken fat bombs provide a healthy dosage of fat fuel, but they are also full of protein for long-lasting energy.

They are easy to make and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.

We included in this recipe rotisserie chicken, store-bought ranch seasoning, and store-bought bacon bits. Any of the mentioned ingredients can be substituted with homemade versions.

This recipe of Keto Buffalo Chicken fat bombs yields 6 medium-sized balls of about 1.5 inches in diameter or up to 12 if using a regular cookie dough scoop or a melon baller.

This recipe is highly customizable so feel free to replace the cheddar cheese with any cheese you like.

Also, if you want to kick it a notch, add some hot sauce to the mix or replace the buffalo sauce with hot sauce.

Green onions can be added too for a kick of color and flavor, so you do you!

  • 1/4 cup butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/8 cup buffalo sauce
