This Low Carb Keto cracker recipe uses only two ingredients: almond flour and shredded cheese!
Baked to perfect crispy and crunchy consistency, these treats make a great snack option.
Low carb Keto crackers can be enjoyed as they are, or they can replace regular crackers in dips or cheeseboards.
All you need for this recipe is a food processor to blend the almond flour and shredded cheese to a dough-like consistency.
Simply throw the two ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until a dough forms.
If the mixture is too dry, add 1 or 2 tbsp of warm water. Once the dough has formed, roll it in between two baking sheets as thinly as possible. The thinner the layer, the crispier the crackers.
The crackers can be cut in any desired shape but the fastest way is by using a pizza cutter.
Use a pizza cutter to cut strips, then squares or rectangles of dough that resemble store-bought crackers. Also, this recipe is highly customizable.
We used a mix of shredded cheddar but feel free to use any cheese you want!

Preheat oven to 180 C/360 F.
Add almond flour and shredded cheese to a food processor and blend on high until a dough forms.
Place the dough in between two sheets of parchment paper.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
Use a pizza cutter to cut small rectangles or squares to form crackers.
Bake at 180C/360 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool down completely.
