- 1.5 lb. beef topside cut into thin slices
- 1 egg
- 3 ounces Parmesan grated
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 2 ounces flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of pepper

- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg and heavy cream.
- In another bowl, mix together the cheese, flax seed meal, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture into a tray and spread evenly.
- Dip each steak into the egg mixture and then dip into Parmesan mixture, pressing each side.
- Cook the steaks in the fryer for 6 minutes each side. Serve with squeezed lemon and enjoy!
