- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoons of sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1-2 small red chili thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Scallions thinly sliced
- 1 small Onion thinly sliced
- 1 pound ground beef
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2-4 tablespoons of natvia
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/4 teaspoons ginger ground

Instructions
- Put a large non-stick frying pan over high heat.
- Add the sesame oil, chili, garlic, and onion and stir fry for 3 minutes, until aromatic.
- Add the ground beef and stir fry until well browned.
- Pour over the sauce and cook until it has thickened and reduced, covering the ground beef.
- Take away from the heat and mix through the sesame seeds and scallions.
- Serve straight away. Enjoy!
