  1. Put a large non-stick frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add the sesame oil, chili, garlic, and onion and stir fry for 3 minutes, until aromatic.
  3. Add the ground beef and stir fry until well browned.
  4. Pour over the sauce and cook until it has thickened and reduced, covering the ground beef.
  5. Take away from the heat and mix through the sesame seeds and scallions.
  6. Serve straight away. Enjoy!
