Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon of ground mustard
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add cauliflower, broth, mustard, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
- Add cheddar cheese and puree jn a blender.
- Add pepper flakes, and additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with some chopped green onion.
- Serve and enjoy.
