- 2 pounds of chicken pieces
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of almond meal
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 teaspoons of celery salt
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- ½ cup of Parmesan grated

Instructions
- Place the chicken in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with celery salt, garlic powder, hot chili powder, and oregano, mixing nicely to make sure all the chicken is coated. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- At the same time beat the eggs and cream together. In a different bowl, mix the almond flour and powdered parmesan, then pour onto a plate ready.
- Preheat the deep fryer to 180.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture and the roll in the almond flour and parmesan mixture. Keep aside on a tray right until ready to fry.
- Put chicken in the fryer basket, keeping in mind not to overcrowd the fryer.
- Fry the chicken for 6 minutes until it is golden brown. If you're doubtful whether the chicken is cooked take out one of the pieces to check.
- When cooked through the chicken is ready to serve.
