Who Does Not Like This Low-Carb Vegan Cauliflower Taco Wrap?
In a large bowl, combine olive oil with ground coriander, chili seasoning, cumin, onion powder and salt. Spread the bouquets of cauliflower on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with the oil mixture and stir to coat. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast cauliflower in the oven until the edges of the bouquets are golden and crisp, about 25 minutes - stir halfway through.
Add the lime juice, the red cabbage and fresh coriander into a bowl. Stir.
Place the Boston lettuce leave on a plate.
Garnish each with roasted cauliflower, cabbage , avocado.
